Das Gemeinschaftswerk Soziale Dienste er\u00f6ffnete heute auf dem Gutshof in einem der beiden ehemaligen Torgeb\u00e4ude des Gutes mit einem Tag der offenen T\u00fcr seine neue Tagespflegeeinrichtung mit betreutem Wohnen.\u00a0 Bauherr Jan Gabriel hatte den ehemaligen Rinderstall zusammen mit dem verbliebenen denkmalgesch\u00fctzten Ensemble historischer Bausubstanz erworben und ihn einer neuen Nutzung zugef\u00fchrt. Wer das vor Verfall und Abriss gerettete Geb\u00e4ude heute durchschritt, war einfach nur beeindruckt. Vor ein paar Jahren noch von vielen verloren gegeben, zeigt es sich als ein Beispiel daf\u00fcr, was machbar ist. Man sieht im Geb\u00e4lk noch die Kerben, mit denen die Zimmerleute ihre Arbeit markierten, die gusseiserenen Tragst\u00fctzen und Schienen, die zum Futtertransport dienten, die Ziegel, das Fachwerk im Dachstuhl, kurz: die Geschichte der Landwirtschaft auf dem Paulinenauer Gut, die das Geb\u00e4ude seit mehr als einhundert Jahren verk\u00f6rpert. Aber beeindruckend ist auch die neue Funktion: acht moderne Wohneinheiten \u2013\u00a0 alle bereits vergeben \u2013 befinden sich im Haus. Dazu eine Tagespflege f\u00fcr 12 Besucher und eine Nebenstelle der Friesacker Sozialstation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/paulinenaue.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/DSC00094-2.jpg\"><img
